Tastes Like Honey. Delicious.. Took the recommended dosage as shown on the box. After about an hour it kicked in. Energy, a wonderful feeling of well being and a feeling of uplift. A warning though. I took the dose in the afternoon, and then I could not sleep all night. The second dose I took in the morning, so much better as far as being able to sleep that night. Wonderful product. I already bought more for family.

It is not organic, but it feels like it is consciously made 100% natural and without added sugars or sweeteners, something essential for me, since I hate the added sweet taste of industrial products.This chamomile has the natural sweet flavor of the flower and you can use it in drops directly in your mouth (and sometimes I do it like this) or add it to a glass of water.I also add a few drops to my milk thistle and dandelion infusions, so that they create purifying synergy of the liver, kidney and stomach.So yes, I recommend this chamomile extract, may you enjoy it as much as I do!

This is my first time trying this brand and so far I love it. Before I was using one with alcohol which was gross and this one kinda tastes like honey and works just as well. I recommend.

A very useful sleep aid for motor-minds. Nice that it only takes a couple ounces of water, too.
