These ones were not good.
I have bought a different brand of these and really liked them. They were sold out so I bought the ones and I wish I sent them back. They kept sticking to each other in the package and it was hard to get them unstuck to use them. A few of them got so damaged from sticking to each other that they weren't able to be used. What a disappointment. I wouldn't buy this brand again. One star for the fact I got them quickly.

Helped a little
Bought these for my wife who said that they helped her a little. She ordered some for her Mom and herself so I'm guessing she liked them.

these seem to work
I believe these do help me get and stay asleep. I put one on about an hour before bed and I seem to rest very well. Will buy more.

1 box equals 10 nights!
I was using 2 patches/night but they didn't seem to be working. I double checked the instructions. They recommend using 3-6/night! That's only 10-20 nights. On the plus side, they are very thin, adhere well, and the adhesive doesn't leave a mess on your skin.
