Love this inverter. Easy to set.

I have the previous version of this and it’s a great inverter for the price. Handles a table saw etc with easy, the light flicker a bit but that’s to be expected. I liked it so much, I bought another one for my barn.This new updated version shuts down completely for around 20 second if you put as much as a circular saw on it. I thought ok maybe I got a bad one so I went to exchange it.The replacement arrived and it was someone else’s return!!!!!!!! Same problem, can handle anything that pull 15amp or so on start up.Disappointing that they took a good product, figured out a way to manufacture it cheaper and in the process turned it into a piece of garbage.Save your money.

Easy connection and all working fine but I would like to monitor it through WiFi. Please tell me how to purchase a WiFi adaptor.. I'll send photos when all is connected.Thank you,Ivan Vera

The inverter is not charging the battery using the AC input line and the display shows error. I ended up returning the unit.

Previous review was 2 stars, I now know that this company stands behind its product. Had terrific response and they walked me through the problems I had with the inverter, some of it may be my own fault. You judge a company not only for its product but mainly the customer service. Product is only as good as the customer satisfaction. And with their response , I am 100% satisfied!

It took me A LONG time to figure out how to set this up optimally for my batteries. Going into this I had no idea how complicated batteries have gotten over the years. There are hundreds of varieties of batteries. This device works with ALL batteries but must be properly configured.I worked with their support to get mine optimized. I videotaped the settings menu. There are approximately 70 menu items. I emailed the video to their tech support who would promptly email me back recommended settings. After a week or so of going back and forth, my RV is finally 100% off grid and my batteries are HAPPY.My favorite part of this unit is the high voltage input. I run my panels at 480volts and this actually supports it.Over all I am very very very happy with this purchase and highly recommend it to anyone with enough patience to learn how to use it. After reading some of the negative reviews, I can completely understand why some people gave up and threw the towel in. Its a complex system. Unfortunately most things that are normally expensive are complex :)...

This has been working correctly. Doing 4 starts because I wish the APP was better for it and it updated faster. Also the website manual has different information than the manual it came with.
