I am a student and I suffered from back pain due so long sitting but after so many research I purchased this chair and it delivered on time and assembly is quite easy also the seller helps a lot for assembling this product and resolve my doubt and now I feel very comfortable with that back and headrest support is very nice and also my body takes time to adopt this posture but after that I feel my back pain is decreased after using it one weekQuality of this product is nice as it has metal base and other parts are of best quality in this priceGo for itand I will update that my experience after using it after one month.

Do not every buy this chair. very bad quality plastic. broke within 4 months. customer service is also horrible. no response even after complaining.

The media could not be loaded. Works fine, does it's job. Though the wheels can be improved, not smooth. They are comfortable, easy to install.

1) Most important part is the support people of this chair i.e the seller in this case. The amazon by default does not give an installation support from their side so, the seller helps you with the right installation technician.2) Comfy to use. I'm a WFH employee and this was a much of necessity for me and this one was value for money. Though the manual was of different model the technician and the seller were patient and were clarifying doubts and the explanation. It could be difficult to assemble for a very rookie person ( who doesn't understand the ABCD of tools and equipment) they would feel it a bit tough to assemble it. But, with the right guidance it's a cake walk to assemble.3) Overall it's a value for money and the tilt is also great.4) Not much chairs are available with adjustable armrest, neck rest and lumber support so, it's a good value for money and is highly suitable for office usage or as computer chair for your computer table.

The media could not be loaded. Bought on August 2023. The quality of chair is abysmal. It is now tilting to one side. The wheels are not smooth, getting stuck. Seller support is pathetic. Lost 5200 rs in purchasing such a low standard product. The back support now feels like if I sway onto it it may fall off or breakAfter purchase support is abysmal. You will never get a solution from them, normal they will respond. So beware before purchasing this product, the quality is inferior

- Legs are of metal looks rusty becoz there is removal of paint at some places of legs.- wheels are ok ok not so good not so bad, u can face problem in moving chair while sitting- seat is good and comfy- back rest and head rest is also good- hand rest is also average not so very good not so bad- overall u can say its a good product in this price because no other seller/brand give u adjustable handrest in this price. I checked almost every chair in this price on amazon.

The original chair that I recieved had some issue with the seat, wherein it was weighing down towards one side, but after talking to the seller he replaced my chair. The seller was extremely helpful and helped with finally get a favorable outcome.The chair itself is very comfortable, you can adjust the seat height, armrest height, neck support and lumbar support, though the back side is attached to the base seat, hence its not very flexible and will not lean all the way back.
