Works as expected for both our phone & broadband, the 10 metre extension providing access to our master socket, which is 'out-of-bounds' due to building work in a part of the house. A useful tip to know: the signal quality starts to drop off when the extension cable length from the master socket is greater than 20 meters (according to our local IT specialist), but 10 metres is well within this :-)

I think I overestimated how much cable I'd actually need. The cable stretches easily from one corner of my living room, around 3 walls to my phone and there is still a lot of cable left over. The cable would easily stretch from one end of my flat to the other, and my rooms are quite largeThe cable is flat, not round and is very well made, unlike the cables you find in certain high street stores. I would recommend this cable, but don't overestimate how much you need as I did.

I was worried that an extension lead would degrade my wired broadband speeds, but I have found no measurable difference in my line speeds with our without the extension cable. The cable quality is good and it doesn't feel flimsy or cheap.Bad tech is very easy to produce these days, so, as far as I am concerened, this is good tech at a good price. :)

Needed this as phone has gone on to hub and power socket not close by
