Q: Does it fit 9 year olds?

Has a ribbon you tie around the waist. Could fit a 6 year old depending on height if it would drag the ground. Then i believe you could curl the tail up to prevent that. Ears don't stay on well alone, but you could put them on a hair band to hold better.

Q: Does this have a wire inside the tail for shaping?

Yes it dies have a wire. Really cute set and quick shipping

Q: Is the color true to picture on the brown set? The white part looks like it goes further up and the fur looks orange...

The one i got was true to the picture. the fur is more redish like holos fur
