If you travel with small children this is a mistake and will prevent meltdowns when they cant get up and walk around!

Missed return window. Tried to use item but without the proper video or extra information on how to use it's a useless piece of material.

I’m glad we had this on the airplane but we followed the instructions and tried multiple ways to Jerry rig it to get it taut. More like a hammock at best between the seats. We have a small 2.5 year old and hooking the loops with her seatbelt offered no security/tightness to the overall mat. The idea is great, but this one just didn’t do the job well:/

The media could not be loaded. LOVED this! Used it on a 5 hour flight with a 7 month old. It was a little loose/floppy for our basic economy seats but luckily there was no one behind us so we were able to buckle around the back of the seat to create more tension (see images). I took a video as a sample but we did indeed wrap the back buckle all the way around the seat to create more of a floating hammock. We also put our coats underneath it for extra support. Our baby was able to sleep, roll around, and get some tummy time in :D

Debated between an inflatable and this one. Went cheaper with this product. Very lightweight and space saving for travel. I thought the sides were more sturdy but they are flimsy and don’t stay up. Was worried about it being like a hammock and not comfortable for my 2.5 year old who sleeps kind of light but she ended up sleeping just fine. The straps didn’t seem to fit around the seat side but was long enough to tuck it under the actual seat cushion and it stayed put fine. I believe this product made an overall difference for our red eye 5.5 hour flight. Never asked if it was allowed and never got questioned about it from attendants.

This product has so far been quite helpful, I have only been able to test it on one flight so far though. It is very helpful for your child to have their own little play space while on flights and this is a comfortable one too. It is very portable when you aren’t using it and quite easy to set up quickly. You have to make sure you get a window seat for your child though otherwise you will be taking this thing apart over and over if your seat mate has to use the bathroom. The raised sides of this are helpful in preventing toys from rolling off and going under seats but they aren’t very large so they can only do so much. The bottom of this has little grippy pieces which help it stick to the seat and tray table. The only complaint I really have is the pattern on it is kind of ugly personally but that’s a personal preference and won’t apply to everyone.
