I had a sore neck for weeks, then got this pillow, per recommendation of my occupational therapist, and had my first full nights sleep in a long time.I sleep on my side, and the pillow filling, which is firm and allows tuning of the height, made it easy to dial in and hold the most comfortable position. The contoured shape of the pillow (lowest in the middle and higher on the ends, also made it easier to get comfortable.They also provide a bit of extra filling in case you want a little more thickness. I did not find it necessary to use it.

This neck pillow is very comfortable, and I like that you can add or remove filling to adjust it to your preference. For me it’s the perfect length, extending just the right amount past my ears. I like the flat design more than the usual U-shaped pillows. There was no chemical scent, which I’ve seen some complaints of. Very nice fabric, good texture and weight. I’m very satisfied, and am thinking of buying a second one of these to be sure I have one around at all times.

This pillow is beautifully made, supportive, and it even comes with extra buckwheat in a separate zipper bag so you can add more to your pillow if you want it firmer. I don’t think it’s necessary but it’s nice that they cared enough to send that! This is a great neck pillow!

My doctor recommended a neck pillow or rolling up a towel very tightly to use as a pillow. I bought this buck wheat hulls pillow, it comes full of buckwheat hulls, I drained out a lot until I found just the right height. From there I needed to adjust the shape by hand, while laying down with it, it's a guess and check type of deal. I also had to move the hulls with my hand to the sides of the pillow to get just a little bit lower. After I found just the right comfort height and feel I was able to fall asleep. Also, I do sleep on my sides unfortunately this pillow ilwas too low for side sleeping. For that I have another pillow that is pretty good for side sleeping. Lastly, I mostly bought this pillow as a therapeutic aid during my stiff neck/ sprained neck. Im happy to add it to my toolbox of therapeutic stuff. I will be needing it often as I get neck aches frequently. Also, I have buckwheat yoga aids that work great for relieving strain on my lower back as wheel as relieving string during seated meditation. I love them all! And now I have something specifically for my neck.

OK, I've only had this pillow for one night, but it afforded me the best night's sleep I've had in a LONG time. I've tried & tried to find a neck roll that provided enough support without smelling like chemicals (no thank you, Memory Foam), that was too skinny or too fat, or lost its "oomph" in the first 10 minutes of use. Not so with this gem. Happily the firmness upon receipt was perfect for me, but it comes with extra buckwheat hulls in case you'd like to add more or remove some to customize the fit you prefer. And the cover is lovely- it goes wonderfully with my decor. If there's any minuscule downside to this item, it's that it's just a tad noisy, but once you've got it comfortably settled where you like it, it's a dream. Again, I've only had it for a night, so I can't comment on its durability, but so far, yes, I'm in love. P.S. It not one of those light-as-a-feather numbers - I love its heft- but I don't think it's best as a travel pillow.

Super comfortable and it brings an extra refill incase you want it firmer! Perfect fit for your neck, great for sofas that don’t incline the head rest forward, for extra support!! Great value for the money

I have tried many pillows over the years, looking for one that was just right. I had a regular buckwheat hull pillow that I liked a lot, but it was heavy and not easy to pack on trips. (I ALWAYS take my pillow when I travel.) I ordered this one because I thought it would be lighter and less cumbersome - and it is. Not only that, but I can adjust it so it cradles my head and supports my chin (I'm a side sleeper.) I told my chiropractor about it, took it in for her to see, and she approved! They even supply extra buckwheat hulls so you can modify it it to the firmness you prefer. I love this pillow!

Wanted to like this pillow. Package came with extra buckwheat filling, however I found it was already really firm so I didn't need to use the extra.Pillow is a nice size for fitting under your neck, however it is very crunchy and noisy. If you are not taking it to actually sleep on it in bed, it probably would be ok.There really isn't any give in the pillow (not supposed to be) but you can take out some of the extra filling if you find it too firm.Sadly - the noisy filling and the crunchy of it is very bothersome to me. Hope others find it not as intrusive if trying to sleep with it.
