Received exactly the same product. Battery operated. The bristles are not really soft, but adults should not face any issue because of this. Worth buying it.

Working efficiently and cleans my teeth very well

This is the first automated brush that I bought, I have used it for exactly a week now. It is a good brush as in it does its work. Its sensitivity mode is good for people with minor sensitivity issues. There is only one problem with the brush and that is it flings the toothpaste and saliva and whatever comes in contact with its bristles while it is on. This makes brushing little messy especially at first if one switches it on before putting it in one's mouth or takes it out of the mouth in the middle of brushing. I would suggest people to buy it only when it is on discount price of 400, please don't pay full price for it.

I made a huge mistake purchasing this item as I couldn't even use it once! The vibrations are super strong and it can easily hurt teeth enamel, very unsafe to use, the bristles are not at all soft and very cheap quality! All my money down the drain! Please dont buy this!

Firstly as the seller was Oracura I was quite disappointed as they didn't bother to send the product in a basic outer packaging. The build quality and colour of the toothbrush are decent. But I wouldn't recommend this to someone switching to an electric toothbrush for the first time as the vibration is too aggressive. Coupled with the brush design it feels difficult to brush making it an unsatisfactory experience. There are better options available on Amazon for prices cheaper than this.
