Burst bag again
For the second time the product was rammed into a box with the other items on my subscriptions and it burst all over the box. This is not a cheap product and I would expect it to arrive complete!

It is not 100% raw
The raw bee pollen must be kept in the freezer and will still be soft and moist. When I received it, it had a funky smell and tast. This product it is semi raw. It is softer than dry bee pollen but not as soft as the real raw bee pollen. But still a good product.

Bought instead of antihistamines
A very informative young man stocking the antihistamines shelves at a local supermarket told me about the health benefits of bee pollen instead of using antihistamines. Bee pollen? New to me! So I thanked him and bought a packet, bit pricey compared to what I would pay for pharma option. I suffer with allergic rhinitis and have been taking antihistamines daily for years and want to come off them. I'm trying to do this gradually, symptoms I believe can increase when taking bee pollen but this I was advised passes. Still in early stages to say if I feel any better, I enjoy the bee pollen on cereal or yoghurt not bad taste at all, and the health benefits far out way the antihistamine tablet option so I'm persevering. I use a couple of teaspoons daily on my breakfast cereal, the packet doesn't have a recommended dose so I went with my own.

Incorrect measurements listed
The packaging shows 5g = 1 Tablespoon =16 calories but 5g is a Teaspoon and 15g is a Tablespoon so which one is it? Is 5g 16 calories or 15g 16 calories?Only had 5g as this is my first time using bee pollen so can't comment on the product itself yet but appears to be good value for the 1kg bag. Will update my review if I notice any effects.

The taste is litteraly pure and fresh
I love this pollen, the best I have tried. The taste is very floral and the pollen leaves a pleasant sensation on the tongue.
