Good features, reliable, seems solid.
Great lil' flexible charger. I've had 3 tesla, and a Ford Lightning. Can't count how many chargers. The web app works well, you can throttle the charge rate, or setup time of day.Inexpensive for the features, and works reliably. I've used it several months now. There are more powerful chargers, but I need one that can be varied amps for some locations where I charge or the breaker will pop. Lightning does not have a charge limit control like on Tesla, so have to do that via the charger. Many portable chargers can not be controlled as readily. For the larger fixed house charger, I use a Emporia 50amp, with a Vue solar smart meter on my main panel with solar demand controls.

Better than expected.
I am new to EV so I don’t really have anything to compare to but this thing does everything it should. Cord is long and appears heavy duty. Charges my daughters Leaf from around 60% to 100% with in a couple hours. A friend that has several EVs was surprised at the quality of the unit with it being so much cheaper than others with similar output.

Be aware. very buggy, poor support
i have own this charger for a little over 2 months. It doesnt come with its own app since it run on the TUYA platform. essentially relying on 3rd party. you will need to install TuyaSmart APP or Smartlife to control it with your phone. and thats where the problems starts. there are numerous bug with this product ( no longer viewing charging log, scenes not working in app, charging session not recording log and ending even that vehicle has completed the charge attached pic... list go on). rather its hardware or software related , its irrelavant because nobody wants to take the blame or fix the issue. The manual is written in very bad english. you will eventually figure it out to pair device, but its a headache. by default you will need to change settings if you want it to charge on demand. (not explain in manual) "hold the A button for 5s while it's not plugged into the car." otherwise you need to swipe app to start charging. the charging log is also buggy as none of the work state are doing anything in the app to control behavior (Like doing certain condition based upon SOC % or conneciton status). very little actually work in the Tuya app. It does work in the sense that the vehicle is charging but dont expect anything more. i am hoping to do a year at least without this thing breaking. Customer support is also horrible. i provided them with PPT presentation of all the bugs, they were nice responding to pretty much tell me to go to hell ( essentially no help) . They dont want to look at the issues because i am guessing problems could be software too which is out of their control since its running on TUYA platform. you get what you paid for. i would not buy anything from VEVOR. i am done

Works Great, Selectable Amps in App
Works great and as expected. Be careful unboxing; it’s packed very well but there are metal frames that come with it and when I wasn’t being careful I accidentally scratched the screen slightly during the process. The desired current/amps can be selected both with the hardwired box and with the app, if the charger is connected to WiFi. However, the power to the car must be turned off when this is done. You can do it before plugging in the car, or remotely in the app by first turning off the charger and then selecting settings at the bottom of the app screen. In the app you can select anything from 1A to 40A in increments of 1A so it’s very useful.

Long cable, reliable charging (so far)
I initially bought this charger as a "used" item from Amazon. I've had good results with those before, but this one arrived missing the 120V plug adapter and the carrying case, and after I bought a replacement adapter, it never managed to start a charge successfully. The status LED would blink amber, indicating it was charging, but would stop after 60 seconds and no charge was actually delivered. The company tech support were polite but ultimately unhelpful. After several days, they offered to replace the item for free (shipping time 10-15 days), but by then I had initiated a return to Amazon. I used the refund to order a new one (shipping time two days), and that has been everything I was hoping for. The 28-foot cable is perfect for the distance from my outlet to the charging port on the car - I don't have to back into the driveway any more to make the shorter cable reach - and it reliably charges at a little under 1.4 kW with the current set to 13 amps. The phone app lets me monitor the real-time charging and keeps a log of my last few charging sessions. I'm very happy with it so far.
