Love this mix for pancakes and waffles. I add 1 tlbs Vanilla to each batch and make them even better. They taste amazing and are perfect everytime!

You'd never guess this is gluten free. Makes great tasting gluten free waffles.HOWEVER, you have to be careful because despite the description saying "pack of 2", Amazon will only deliver one 1.5 pound package!!! You have to complain to get your 2nd package. I'm not sure if fulfillment can't read or can't count.

My wife is Gluten Free and we have tried several brands of Gluten Free Pancake Mix. We used it for both Pancakes and Waffles and it is very good. Good taste, good price, and easy to make.

I love Bob's Red Mill Gluten free pancake mix. It is the best. However this says it is a pack of 2 but it is not. I have ordered this twice and have only received one. I got a refund on the first one and tried again and still only received one. That's $15 for one bag! Don't do it, way too expensive! You can buy it in the store for half that.

Even my husband loves this. Served it to him without telling him it was gluten free - as he doesn't usually like/want gluten free (stubborn). I can now enjoy pancakes again guilt and gluten free!
