Really good has a lot of exercises you can add for whatever your into is waterproof but not scratch resistant even though the video has a drill bit going over it ?my work is very demanding and can get olot of knocks and thought this watch would undertake my job..

Since writing my my review, the Phone App part of the watch has had an update and in doing so has erased all the data it collected so all my goals and achievements have gone. Therefore I'm revising the four star rating to a one star rating, it was like having a computer update that wiped all your files!The watch seems well made, the setup was pretty straightforward, there are numerous faces to choose and the display is very clear, battery life seems to be good, the magnetic charging cable is easy to use, physical interaction with the watch is easy and the phone app is pretty straightforward too.So why only 4 stars? It very accurately counts steps but disappointingly it's very bad at measuring the distance you've actually travelled, you would have thought imputing your height and sex would enable it to gauge your stride length but this is not the case and there doesn't seem to be a manual calibration option, it is definitely counting all my step, however I'm actually walking a greater distance/mileage than it indicates.

Best smart watch I've owned. Did have an issue with app update but was resolved. The seller was fantastic with communication, very quick to reply. Would recommend

Wristic Tank X1 made by Kospet. First of I would ignore 2* ratings which are pointless without comments to justify the reason(s). I actually found this watch whilst watching reviews for low-mid priced fitness/smart watches. This watch came in the top five on several reviews & has a best in class.My priority was for health & not an all singing & dancing smart watch you can answer calls & texts on. The Tank X1 has some useful features but you can’t use it like a phone.I really like the look & feel of the X1. Two buttons on side are responsive & dragging the screen opens up other features/shortcuts;Drag down for setting & screen customisation.Up for notifications you’ve enabledRight for all 70 sports modesLeft for data breakdowns such as pulse, sleep pattern (bit of a disturbed night looking at mine: gotta love arthritis 🤔😂).Charged it fully on receipt before syncing it to my iphone 13. Syncing WILL REQUIRE THE ‘Kospet fit’ app! In phone settings turn on bluetooth but the watch will not appear as an option. Leaving bluetooth on go into the Kospet app & find the sync prompt there. Took me a few minutes to work that out but no issues thereafter.Lots of screen options to download & install (although watch only stores 5 but not an issue to go into app to select a different one. Home screens go from minimalist, using your own photos to more technical displays with steps, heart beat, calorie count etc.70 sports available & great water proofing make this a great mid priced watch. The screen has a slight curve which I like although the screen apparently is gorilla glass I have a minor scratch on mine already. The brightness level is adjustable & clearly visible in sunlight. You can also turn off the lift to wake screen so that screen only lights up on pushing the power button.I could go on but I will wrap it up with a very happy with my Tank X1. watch strap is extremely cheap plastic and the watch strap loops snapped the screen scuffed which surprised me as it is allegedly Gorilla Glass
