Two children and a very spoilt spaniel means that our house sees more than it's fair share of spills.This compact little cleaner has saved several rugs, a stair carpet and my car seats on more than one occasion.It's super easy to use. The rugs dried quickly afterwards as did the car seats. It's small, compact and light weight which came in really handy for cleaning the stairs carpet. It's also super sturdy and hasn't tipped over once.Be warned the colour of the dirty water becomes a fascination. I reckon I would still be cleaning my stair carpet now if I lacked the self control to stop.I love love love this machine!

Great little shampooer

I really cannot recommend this product enough for small areas that need cleaning. It is truly incredible! It is light, easy to fill/empty/clean and it works.... I have an older cat who has sadly developed rather unsavory side effects! I adore him and will do anything I can to keep his life (& ours) as comfortable and as pleasant as possible. This little machine cleans even the most nasty of experiences quickly and very efficiently. I chose a natural carpet cleaner DUSTBUSTERS especially for pet problems. The combination left the affected areas totally clean, without stain and with a mild, pleasant, natural smell.Only possible negative point was that the machine only worked for 10 minutes before automatically cutting out, as it was overheating. I found this totally understandable, I was trying to clean a large area of carpet as I got carried away with how effective it was!!

I had been searching for a cleaner specifically to clean my sofa and mats in my home. I had originally seen other models from shark and Bissel and then came across this one. The reviews were just as good as the other ones and I decided to go for it. I’ve used it on my sofa and it has 2 attachments, one with a brush part which is good for ground in stains and the other for suction cleaning. It has a trigger that sprays out the water and then you use the suction tool to collect the dirty water and debris……and you can see the dirty water in the other collection tank. Easy to clean, it it a bit noisy but it has a great suction power. It will leave the area damp\wet so make sure you are able to leave it to dry overnight etc. I’ve used it in my car interior and has done a fantastic job as with my mats. Mind you it does take some time as it’s a small attachment but I didn’t mind at all.

I bought it to maintain my couch. Used only twice. The first time I used it it kept leaking and I though it was strange but wiped it off as I was way too excited to use it. Haven't touched it for 2 months and Today I was so excited to clean it and 10 minutes after I started cleaning I could smell like something was burning. I touched the machine and it was so hot. This didn't happen last time. I checked the water tank was not overfilled, the sewage container was empty as I just started I checked the plug socket and after waiting until the machine was not hot tried again but the smell came back. I unplugged it straight awayVery frustrating

Both me and my wife love this small spotcleaner. We had a Bissell SpotCleaner Pro for a year but gave it away to a friend who has young children at home, so bought this considering it was much cheaper, much smaller and the fact that we don't use it very often. The build quality is surprisingly great (as good as the more expensive Bissell we had before but this one is better looking in my opinion). It was a pleasant surprise - comparing to our previous Bissell it was much, much easier to handle (and my god the Bissell machine was loud!). The nossel is smaller too but for us using it infrequently it's as effective, suction is strong enough. If you want a small effective machine that cleans well, with ease to pick it up and move around, also easily stored, I would highly, highly recommend this machine!

This clearing is easy enough but I feel like it spreads a lot of water and is really loud. I’ve used other upright carpet cleaners and they all seem to be fairly loud but I got this to clean upholstery and it seems to overdo the water. You pull the trigger to spray it so it’s really doing a very quick spay so you don’t over wet the upholstery before hand. The vacuum does seem to have good suction. I used it on my car upholstery and it just got far too wet. I wish you were able to adjust the spray. But it’s really a hair trigger and all or nothing kind of water jet. It appears of good quality construction for the lower cost in comparison to other more expensive models. But I do wonder if you get a better spray with more expensive versions. I’m thinking of returning it.

It did in the end the instructions where not very clear and I had phoned Amazon and they where going to replace it straight away we worked at it a little more and found out how it worked it’s a great job in the end does the job we only did one side off the settee but the difference was amazing we are going to do the rest this week
