We have never had a turkey roaster! This is super fancy for us. Very durable love the size fit a 20 pound turkey in it. Very very strong. Very easy to clean! Can’t recommend enough. It is name brand and it is worth the money

Hard to describe how pleased I am about this gorgeous roaster. Heavyweight, but not too heavy to make it unwieldable with a 15 lb turkey or rib roast. Solidly riveted handles make it easy to lift and negotiate onto an oven rack. I would feel confident using it as a bain-marie for cheesecake and creme brulee.

I ordered this as a replacement for my previous pan the day after Thanksgiving and was able to get it on sale. Cooks evenly just like my All-Clad pots. Nonstick lining makes for easy cleaning.

A beautiful pan. I got the smaller size, perfect for my family. Easy to lift handles. Sturdy stainless steel. Love using it. Was recommended by one of the cooking / recipe websites I use frequently, and I am so glad that I took the recommendation.

I bought this the day after Thanksgiving last year (2011) because the Calphalon Al-Clad Anodized one I had was dark and cooked the turkey quicker and all the drippings burned on the bottom of the pan. It could have been because I have a small oven and the bottom rack is fairly close to the electric coils. Regardless, I couldn't get the darn thing cleaned. So I got rid of it and searched and searched until I found this one.I finally used it this Thanksgiving with a 12 lb. turkey and it was perfect. I probably could have fit a slightly larger bird, but not more than 13, maybe 14 lbs. I cooked my turkey breast down for the first half to 3/4 cooking time and the inwardly-turned handles made it a little tricky to flip the bird without getting a little burnt.It's a little on the heavy side, but overall it was great and heated evenly.Best of all, the cleanup was a snap. I thought for sure with the shiny bottom that the caked-on mess would give me a hard time, but after soaking in hot soapy water for about 15 mins. it just pealed right off.

The exterior dimensions for the pan is 15.25 inches long x 12 inches wide. I was looking for a roasting pan that I could fit two, side by side, in my oven and took a chance knowing that the dimensions listed on Amazon and All-clad’s site were interior dimensions. And it fits! It helps that the handles don’t stick out too much. Perfect for cooking two smaller turkeys in my 36-inch range.

This was my first Thanksgiving cooking for my family. I bought my roasting pan in which to have something to cook the big bird. And the bird came out beautiful! Plus easy clean-up!!
