Roller works, just needs to be broken in
A lot of people were complaining about the rollers not working well they work you just have to get them going a little bit and the oil lubricates it and will get it moving. Only reason it's not a five stars is because the cap is plastic and cheap feeling. Other than that great bottle.

So Cute, BUT they’re defective in their design
I really should have read the reviews before buying these and I might have held off. The reviews stating the roller balls get stuck is ABSOLUTELY true. I got these to give as gifts and all 4 have issues with the ball not wanting to roll. What’s the point of having these if they won’t roll to dispense the product inside? Cute is great, but it doesn’t get the job done. I’d return them, but I filled them and gave them out as gifts and now I’ve to go back and find alternatives to regift to these people. Save your money. These aren’t what you’re going to want to use, because they’re a headache to get to work.

Very Cute, roller gets stuck.
This is a gorgeous perfume travel set. The price is well set for the quality. They are simple to use if you have a pair of pliers to pop the top off. I love the size so I can keep my favorite perfume with me when I travel so that I don't have to take my full bottles. The only issue I have found is that the roller gets stuck. If you push a bit harder it works but having to do that is a bit fustrating, but I can deal with to have my favorite smell with me on the go.

I loved the design of these perfume bottles but I just had a hard time removing the stoppers to fill the bottles
