My Daily Go-To – Tastes Good, Keeps Me Going
I use PHD Diet Whey every single day and honestly, I don’t see that changing anytime soon. It mixes well, doesn’t taste like sad cardboard (which is saying something for a protein shake), and actually keeps me full. I’ve tried a few flavours and they’ve all been solid – not too sweet, not too artificial. It fits easily into my routine whether I’m having it post-workout, in a smoothie, or just shaken up with water when I’m in a rush. It’s also great knowing it’s low in sugar and high in protein without being packed with weird stuff.Basically, it does what it says on the tub – and it tastes good while doing it.

best flavor
Diet Whey flavor options are unmatched—each one tastes fantastic and blends seamlessly into water, milk, or smoothies. Whether it’s the classic Double Rich Chocolate or white chocolate, I never feel like I’m compromising taste for nutrition. It's perfect not just for shakes but also for baking high-protein snacks!"

Must have protein suppliment. Daily use in my routine!
I drink PhD Nutrition Diet Whey daily as a protein supplement, and it’s been a great addition to my routine. It mixes well, doesn’t have that chalky texture some protein powders do, and provides a good balance of protein while staying relatively low in calories and sugar. My favorite flavor is banana—it’s smooth, not overly sweet, and tastes great whether mixed with water or milk. It works well in shakes, blends easily without clumps, and even makes a decent addition to things like oatmeal or smoothies. The added ingredients like green tea extract and L-carnitine are a nice bonus.Overall, it’s a solid, reliable protein powder that I keep coming back to. Great taste, good texture, and a convenient way to get extra protein in every day.

Protein content inaccurate
Not as described. But I can't say why because it goes against community guidelines apparently.Even though the guidelines say I'm supposed to give a review of the product, when I do, I can't post it

Completely different from before
I’ve always loved the Diet Whey products from PhD and have been using them for several years. The latest orders don’t taste right. I don’t mean “it tastes different now”, I mean there’s something actually, objectively wrong with it.I purchased a 2kg bag of salted caramel flavour recently, a flavour I have used for a long time and a taste that I’m very familiar with. This batch, however, tasted like it had been contaminated with something chemical. I persevered but couldn’t stomach it and that was £40 in the bin. “A bad batch” I thought. I then restocked my raspberry and white chocolate flavour - exactly the same! I even purchased a new shaker specifically because I had become paranoid that the nutribullet blender unit had become waterlogged with soapy water from the dishwasher, which was then leaking back into my shakes and causing this detergent-like taste, because what else could be causing it? But no such luck. Exactly the same with the shaker. To reiterate what is above, this is not just a change of recipe, there is something unequivocally wrong in these latest batches of Diet Whey. Amazon should seriously consider delisting PhD’s Diet Whey products until this is resolved.I will never purchase from PhD again having been a loyal customer for 5+ years.
