Sweet but not too sweet
Perfect for immediately after a workout to replenish your carbs! Sweet but not overly sweet. I mix a drink packet with it and it tastes great.

Hickory Smoky Barbecue Sauce
Did not look like the bag advertised in the picture?Bought for making Chalk pastels IE. side walk chalk. This stuff is very, very dark. Just like other customers pictures. Now the bag (at least mine) says not for consumption not FDA approved. Not sure why anyone is eating or drinking this stuff.. Smells like cheap Hickory Smoky Barbecue Sauce when first mixed.. Will use for chalk but wont buy again.. Why? The dark tint... I will have to adjust for in my base color, I still don't know if it will bind well enough for my purpose as of yet.. You do get a lot but if you cant use it what's the point

Important
These are large crystals and great for large batches of soups and chili's but not good for steak or hamburger meat as they stay as large crystals and add a crunch.

Great value for the size
While gum Arabic is usually pretty cheap, unless you have a bulk supplier this is the best your going to find. The flavor is minimal unlike most other brands and it gels fast and stiff. I use this in my ninja I ream to make thicker and smoother icecreams. It helps stabilize the related and fat molecules and the usage rate is about .5 to 1% of the weight of the product

Won’t Purchase Again
I was disappointed with this. Arrived in a non-descript bag, which was leaking to begin with. No nutritional info to tell you how much to use, no scoop. Tastes similar to other dextrose monohydrate powders but seems sketchy. I won’t be purchasing this again.
