Was a perfect gift for my Dad. The app is very easy to use and set up was a breeze. The slide show is nice and can be adjusted to your liking. Storage capacity is sufficient for my Dad to watch his grands grow. No issues with it staying connected. Is really a great frame for the price. User friendly for our not so tech savvy folks.

This was so easy and so much fun. They make it so easy to download your photos. There are directions but it is completely intuitive. And if you don’t like how a picture downloads, you tap the screen and you can fix it. I loaded pictures for my 93 year old mom. She loved this. They have thought of everything especially for the non techies. We are working on the photo- sharing feature now.

Bought this for my parents who are not the most tech savvy. This frame was user friendly and they were able how to upload a ton of photos. In fact they still have a lot of space left. They absolutely love it.

The thing that separates this frame from others is that the software (both what is resident on the frame and the web interface for loading from the PC) is reasonably functional. You can upload 100 pictures at a time. (My other one is 10). You can store an incredible number of pictures on the 16GB internal memory; you will likely not need the micro SD card storage (up to 32GB) unless you have >5000 pictures. You can have the frame turn on and off (sleep setting) each day, which is very handy. Pictures can be displayed in order by date or you can choose to shuffle them (random). And the web interface that you use on your PC to upload pictures works pretty well (drag & drop). However, one annoying bug would have it routinely lose connection with the frame - which had to be re-established by "forgetting" the frame (press software trashcan symbol) and re-sharing the frame and re-binding it. Then all PC knowledge of prior uploads was gone though. (But all pics are still there on the frame.) The screen itself is vibrant and good resolution - it works well with no apparent bugs or distractions.

This thing sucks bought it for Xmas gift in 2024, now 4 months later I’ve had to get it from my mom three times to fix it. Yet it’s never really fixed. It says it has 385 photos and 2 videos totaling 40 seconds. Seems like 16 GB should have more held more than this. It says our data takes up .2 GB of data. The system data says 15.8 GB are being used for the frame itself. There is no help or resolution to be found. Tried to turn it off & on, firmware update, etc. but nothing works to free but the system storage that seems to take up the entire thing. Company is no help and doesn’t respond to requests for assistance. Don’t waste your time or money. And their claim of adding up to 32GB on a mini SD is a lie. That doesn’t work either.

Got this as a gift for my in laws and they loved it. We preloaded a bunch of photos for them before we gave it to them and it was fairly easy to do so. The app works great, the pictures a nice and crisp, the timer works well and it has many settings to adjust to your liking. Recommended.

Had this for one year and all of sudden it stopped working. Screen went black and reset button not working. Makes a noise when plugged in. Bought a new charger and it works just fine.

It's beautiful, easy to program and send to frame. Nice size. Will buy again.
