One of the best not home made pasta ever.
One of the best not home made pasta ever.My work colleague recommended this to me some time ago. He is Italian from the area where this pasta is made.I tried it and since then I buy Only MOLISANA 😊

Quality product
This is good pasta ,virtually pale cream in colour, meaning has been dried slowly .This usually means a better tasting higher quality product. When buying pasta the lighter colour the better.

Great pasta. Was searching for a good quality pasta after the quality in local shops was poor. La Molisana appeared to have the characteristic to look for on good quality pasta and lived up to the hope and expectations from reviews and recomendations by Italian cooks and chefs.

Great pasta…
This is the only brand of dry pasta I will use…it’s fab! Don’t waste your money on cheaper alternatives because they definitely don’t cook or taste as good.

It’s not about the Pasta…
But it’s about the pasta because that was what I brought and was in the bag.You can tell it’s of high quality as it is thick and has that creamy beige colour rather than the usual. The packaging makes it luxury too with its paper bag. Got these a while ago at a brilliant price so if you can get these for over a £1.50 - kind of worth it! Salt accordingly and the taste is of all the pasta goodness you are after :)
