Solid Card!
Good performance for a reasonable price. Even rivals the 3090! Looks good too and the RGB can be controlled by Corsair software so its all unified. This is quite a large card though so make sure your case has room!

A Very Cool Card
The ASUS TUF Gaming GeForce RTX 4070 OC is the version I bought - coming from a 1070, this thing is a beast, and the build quality is superb. I could have went for an even more powerful card - but I tend to game at 60 FPS so this card fits the bill in terms of price / performance and size. I can do basically everything on max easily at 2K on my 32 inch monitor with ray tracing. And on 4K, I can basically get GTA V to do the same at 60FPS by reducing MSAA to x2, and everything else on max. With Ray tracing on in Fornite (a very demanding game with everything up max interestingly enough, running on the Unreal Engine) I can get 55-60FPS with near max settings and ray tracing. For me, 4K and 2K both look good on my screen. This card barely breaks a sweat, cools with ease, is silent, and fits the space bill inside the case. I am using a Dark Base Pro 900, so I could easily fit the 4090 - but I'd have to remove drive bays which I don't want to do as I edit on this PC also. I mention this because AMD seem behind with their AI 'Cuda' implementation for editing in Photoshop etc with other GPU AI driven tasks Nvidia currently win out, so despite AMD offering more VRAM, I stuck with Nvidia. When I do upgrade this beast, I'll be trying to keep the card similar sized - it is massive, and the 4090 is even larger. If you game at 2K this card will easily give you over 80FPS and even more in AAA games. in 4K, it's nearer 50-60 with max settings depending on the title.

Quietest Running 4070
After installing this Graphics card into my ASUS motherboard, with a simple push button to open the PCIE slot, the graphics card instantly complemented my build with the white and grey accents it provides, the overall performance of the card is amazing in itself, since being a 1080p gamer myself, I can run all games on ultra high settings knowing I will get 144fps without a problem. Not only that, sometimes while playing said games the GPU wont even be stressed enough to reach 50 degrees for the automatic fans to kick in leaving my pc running dead silent 70% of games I play, and when my GPU fans do kick in, I'm still unable to hear them which is amazing. The Value of the Card was Insane, Costing only £529.99, with other 4070s on the market for well over £600 and not offering anywhere near the aesthetics. Would definitely 10/10 recommend for people thinking of future proofing their PC for multiple years without breaking the bank for a brand new 4090TI.

Asus RTX 470 Upgrade at a price point
I have had a few graphics cards over the years and was interested in these new RTX 4070 serious cards .So onto this card. Asus do not mess about with the build quality of their cards. This card looks the business and well built. As its triple fan its bigger than most but at 301 mm just around 11.9 inch in length but it should fit most cases. Single 8 pin power plug so power draw is not a problem here. On user Benchmark it ran at 230 percent on FULL power with 200 watt draw which is amazing. Fans hardly come into play unless gaming. I had a couple of RTX 3090 which i have now sold . I tested them and power draw was a massive 365 watts each. Moot point IS the PRICE of these 4070 cards. I got lucky and bought at the lower special price. At the full price i would not have bought it. I am happy with this purchase because of the price i paid and the low power draw and its fast enough for my usage. Also it has 3 year warranty. Hope this helps.

Powerful, but a tad noisy.
Slight coil whine from this, it runs very well, keeps cool, somewhat easy to install but for some reason doesn't sit super straight?Would feel more confident if I didn't think that the pins were keeping it in place, and not the bracket. That could well be my case's fault though. Also doesn't need too many wires, big bonus there.

Fairly quiet with some coil whine
What a great surprise: the cooling system (only 2 fans) is very efficient, very quiet yet strong. The fans rarely need to spin at more than 30% in game, while staying well under 70 degrees, in a well ventilated case. And that's in the "Performance" mode. There is a switch on the PCB to toggle the Quiet mode, which reduces the power target a little, but I don't really see its point given that in a silent config, the normal mode is already very quiet. There is a tiny bit of coil whine (like on any high-end GPU, at varying degrees), however it's very subtle, especially when compared to a Gigabyte Windforce (3 fans...) that was loud, "coil whiney" and running very hot.The GPU Tuning software from Asus is also very decent, compared to the UI mess that is MSI Afterburner! Now that these cards are finally priced somewhat reasonably, they are great 1440p120 or 4k60 cards for the games of today! And this Asus is a great choice!Edit: coil whine got worse over time

Brilliant GPU!
I changed my RTX 2060 to a 4070. Installed in a few minutes. A very cool card. On full load, barely hits 65c. A great purchase!

Great Upgrade
Upgraded from a 3060ti that was tbh struggling at 1440p, this 4070 on the other hand runs everything with room to spare in 1440p.As a bonus uses less power then my old 3060ti and more powerful, running Cyberpunk, Starfield, RE4 Remake all great at excellent fps.its roughly equivalent to an RTX 3080 performance wise, but with more vram . if you have say a 3070 i would prob go with the 4070ti instead as this isnt worth the price for not a huge increase.Currently maybe the best value for money 40 series card available.
