Do not buy, terrible mixer, hardly used faulty now in the bin
Over all it started out well, then I put it away as I was refurbishing my home (took nearly 2 years) safely back in its box. After completing the renovations I setup my soundsystem with the mixer when lines started breaking down 1 by 1. In a nut shell this mixer had extremely light use and at that for about 6-8 months at most and its in the bin now...... Waste of money

Its not a pro mixer
Despite being excellent value for money and having amazing sound quality this mixer has issues. First of all they should have included a gain switch for phono stage instead of soldering jumpers inside on pcb. Next is the cross fader. A contour switch is not good enough A&H should have included a rotary pot to set the contour so you could have it between the two switch points. The level faders... The difference in volume between 8 and 10 is ridiculous. NO Cue Program split I mean come on wtf is that about? Finally the the filters. Why does it click when you switch the filter on??? This mixer could have been so so much better. On a budget yes its great sounding. If you are a cut hip hop Dj this mixer is good but for a blending dj this mixer is shocking. I have a mastersounds 4V which is light years ahead and also hefty on the wallet but with the knowledge the A&H have (btw mastersouds design guy worked for A&H) they could have made this a 2 channel world class mixer. Instead you have a piece of junk resembling a made2fade from the 90's. Oh wait that had a split cue!!! Audio Technica/Allen Heath next time you design a mixer give me a call.
