Hello! This bags is approx. 10.5 inches (26.7 cm) x 6 inches (15.25cm) so I believe it should fit the 12 Pro Max just fine, with room to spare! I hope this helps ^.^

Q: Is it embroidered on both sides

I gave this as a gift so don't have it handy, but my recollection is embroidered on only one side; black cotton fabric on the other. But embroidery is very well done.
