Product as described, Customer Service get 5 Stars!!!
Product is just as described. Needed something to charge IPads and Chromebooks for my classroom, and this worked perfectly. Assembly did take some time, but the instructions were not to difficult to follow. I was missing 2 screws, called customer service, and Michael was most helpful and overnight-ed me the screws!! Customer Service gets 5 Stars as well. I was also surprised to see that the shelves were padded? They did not look padded in the image, so that was a nice surprise. For the price, i don't think this unit can be beat. I was very happy with my purchase. If you on the fence, i say purchase the item, i think you will be happy you did.

NEED A KEY REPLACEMENT ASAP
We have contacted the seller several times to replace a key because they broke very easily. We need a replacement as soon as possible. Overall a great product, but we need better communication with seller.*Contacted by seller, waiting for the key to arrive!

Great for a classroom full of devices
Took a number of hours to put together, but it fits over 20 chromebooks.

Serious issues
Ok, so here are the problems we've had:1. The front is dented. Badly.. so badly, we had to take wrenches and hammers to it to straighten it enough to assemble the thing.2. Who puts rounded top screws on the door frame? It stops the door from closing properly.3. The outlets are not usable: They are too close together so an ipad charger in one, negates the use of the next one. We had to buy power strips to get usable outlets for the ipads. Why are they like that? Why no USB or USB-c options?

Shoddy build quality
We purchased two of these carts for work. We've assembled only one of the carts so far, but the build quality is not impressive. The two shelves for the laptops are floating in air, above the brackets they're supposed to rest on. This is the dividers which separate the laptops are too short, and so we had to pull the shelves higher, off the brackets, to be able to install the dividers.There are rubber pieces which are supposed to "lock" these shelves into place, but they fell apart.Screws don't fit well into the screw holes.
