These worked well in replacement of our old garage door screws.

The title says it all. Amazon may be high on some prices, but these were WAY cheaper than at the home store, with at least as good quality. Got them the next day after ordering.

Good quality bolts
Package was open, missing 4 nuts, but luckily I checked the plastic shipping bag and found the missing nuts. All looks good.

Worked great for my garage door.

Looks great on my waterfall bench.
I had metal legs for one end of my waterfall bench and I wanted to fasten it solid with a through bolt. This did the job and allowed me to recess the bolt head even with the wood surface. Because it’s flat there is no protrusion above the surface as with a regular carriage bolt.

Perfect
Installing new garage door opener and this was not included in the box. Perfect length to attach the opener to the door. Worked well. Painted over and it looks great, you can't tell that the bolt is there once I painted over the door.

Works great on my old garage door!
used them for my 30+ year old MDF(not really sure of the name but i am just gunna call it that :) ) garage door. The old screws over the years had loosen and no longer held tight when screwed back in. Using a longer screw would have caused the screw to poke through the outside. A wider screw would have not worked since the metal joint accommodated 1/4 screws..I had to drill through the existing hole through the door. Pushed the flat head of the bolt from the outside in, went inside screwed the nut on.
