sometimes it doesn't automatically start the quick charge "green light" and then battery doesn't charge but if you replug it then works. Otherwise great product, fast charging is actually fast, decent battery life

It’s well built and I like the slim design. It’s a bit pricier than most power banks in the market but I’m not complaining as long as it’s reliable. Plus it comes with a 2-year warranty which is a nice.

I purchased this product on 27th November. Since February 2025, it has stopped functioning properly. Even after charging it for 8 hours, it fails to charge my phone for even 1 hour—the battery drains instantly.The customer care number is switched off, and their support email doesn’t work either. Amazon gave me the runaround asking for photos and invoices, only to deny a refund or replacement, claiming the invoice is missing—even though it's clearly in their system.There’s no option for half-star ratings, otherwise I would’ve gladly given 0.5 stars.This product is a complete failure, and the after-sales service is nonexistent. Unless you’re looking for an expensive paperweight, avoid this product at all costs.
