I’ve used another brand of these for some time which are the lower 500mg dosage an I thought were ok!! So I said I’d give these a go and I find they are far better an that bit cheaper, I wasn’t expecting them to be as good as they are as some supplements can be a load of rubbish!!!I do also feel benefit in my joints which considering I’m not far from 50 and was having a fair amount of joint pain prior to use of the original 500mg ones ,which did help somewhat, these new ones have really helped a lot more!! I do still get the odd twinges but not like I used to get!!!! I will be ordering more.

Great energy and fast recovery

I have been using this supplement for a little over a week. I take my first capsule in the morning before my morning workout and the 2nd in the late afternoon before my evening workout. I have noticed a little more energy than previously when I was not taking the supplement. I have not yet noticed significant gains in muscle mass but as most of my workout focus on fat burning and cardio the energy effect is certainly a plus.

Been taking this product (2 pills a day at once in the morning on training days, and 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening on off days to 'maintain' the benefits). It takes about a week or so for the supplement to produce any noticeable benefits. Suffice to say, when used consistently using, the product definitely seems to lift up stamina, boost lean muscle mass and strength at the gym. I'm a seasoned weightlifter training for 6+ years now and focus on getting bigger and bigger (muscular). Ended up reordering.

Like others have said, looks and tastes like brown sugar to me. The bigger problem is that the brown sugar is actually hiding the flavour of another substance. A very bitter chemical substance that makes me extremely dizzy every time I try to take even the slightest amount of this 'brown sugar'Herbal extracts in my experience are always greenish in colour and taste like plant matter. This is as far from that as possible. What are actually in these capsules? I doubt we will ever know since there is no website, no way to ask for proof of 3rd party testing etc. Every time I have asked for these tests from other companies all I get back is 'Does not contain heavy metals' How does that help me know what IS inside the supplement. All it does is tell me one specific thing that is NOT in them. The supplement industry is mostly a complete joke. Be careful people. Your health is NOT worth the risk.

feel a difference in strength but still have your bad gym days I've doubled in kg weights in my workout i think its ok but I've used la muscle before i noticed in my size difference better and strength but its more money
