I received the uppercase Large Check-in bag today in preparation for my upcoming international trip in just a few days. However, I was quite disappointed with what I received. Firstly, it was evident that the bag had been previously used, which is not what I expected when ordering a new item. There were clear signs of wear and tear, and it was not in the condition I anticipated.Moreover, the inside zipper slider was missing, one of the handles was broken or damaged,Another issue I encountered was with the combination lock. While it was advertised as being adjustable, I could only set the combination once, and subsequent attempts to change it were unsuccessful.Regrettably, due to the time constraints of my trip, which is just two days away, I am unable to go through the replacement process, which I understand takes five days. As a result, I am left with no choice but to use this subpar bag for my international travel.I'm deeply dissatisfied with the quality and condition of the uppercase Large Check-in bag I received. It is disappointing to receive a used item when I expected a new one, and the issues. I hope this review can help the company improve its quality control and customer service to prevent such situations in the future.

It is very nice appearing on the outside, but inside within day the zipper that cover the bag on the inside fell off. There are no pockets, no zippers, absolutely nothing to hold your items in place. Everything you pack just slips and slides around if you haven't packed it to the brim. It rolls well so far and seems to have a good handle, those are some good things going on it. Too bad they didn't put enough thought into it produce a quality product. Since I travel plenty, I find this luggage very thoughtlessly made. Disappointed with the inside.
