Original Aeron chair that does not look refurbished at all. No blemishes. Perfect.

Was skeptical but it came exactly as described!

This chair is well built and feels of quality. BUT, it is for people with a small rear. I am a bigger man, that like to keep his legs spread open, and the chair digs into my rear, making it uncomfortable to use. Also, the arm rest are to low to be comfortable for a bigger man. Even at the highest setting. I regret buying this chair....I am 5.8 and 250 lbs. Not made for the average man....

Very confortable! My husband work from home for so many hours so I decided to get him something that he can feel comfortable and I have notice that I at my bank the had this on the lobby for the clients to seat while we are opening an account and I was so heavenly comfortable for more than an hour I spend there. I look it up and yeas!!! It is amazingly comfortable. It supports the lumbar so good.I strongly suggest it.!

I loved my old chair, damaged when I moved, and wanted a replacement without spending $1,700! This refurbished chair fits the bill

I was hesitant on buying a refurb chair but the price is so good that I figured I didn't have a lot to lose.I wouldn't know the difference between a new one and this one. I have no complaints. This is the older model of the Aeron, btw.

I knew that being refurbished I was not going to get a perfect chair. The only flaw was a small puncture tear in the seat mesh but it does not impact functionality or comfort and I'm pretty sure it won't spread.Chair was not particularly well packed. Placed in a box in two pieces with a loose packet of parts. Box was pretty banged up by the time I got it but the chair was fortunately fine.Seller included the OEM casters installed as well as a set of the rollerblade wheel casters, which is kinda cool of them. Have no tried the extra casters but they look well made and sturdy. Chair is on ceramic tile so no issue with OEM casters but I bet the rollerblade casters would be more gentle to wood and carpet floors.

My chair was damaged during shipping. I feared a long fight to properly resolve it, but OfficeLogix Shop stepped right up, accepted responsibility, and immediately gave me several good options to return or replace the chair or the broken component. The chair is now perfect. I want to fully acknowledge their great job.The chair itself can be a bit unforgiving, especially how the front ridge of the chair lands on one's thighs. It did not suit my wife (as intended). Fortunately, it suits me very well, with good support and comfort, and I am very happy with it.
