WAY TOO FLIMSY FOR TRAVELING. I cant even use it while on couch in LR.
A LONGER, THINNER PRODUCT WOULD BE BETTER. Possibly the reason it is so flimsy is that it is so wide so it is not securely attached.

I USE IT ALL THE TIME FOR MICE AND OTHER THINGS AS THEC CHANGES -- WE'VE GOT USB, USB-C, VARIOUS BLUE TOOTH WIFI ETC. COULDN'T WORK WITH THIS LITTLE ADD ON

Many incompatibilities not listed
I bought this particular item PRIMARILY as a USB-C adapter for my Apple USB Super Drive and to use the 3.5 audio input. Product description states this product will work with my 2021 MacBook Pro 14", but the Apple drive will NOT work. Before purchasing, I scoured the description and reviews to see if there was a report of incompatibility because many USB hubs will not support the Apple superdrive, but did not find any report of incompatibility. The Apple drive is not the problem as I already use it on an older MacBook that has the standard USB ports. Additionally, because so many of these hubs cover the audio port and I use a Bose audio system, I wanted this hub because it has that audio port.That is the reason why it gets only two stars. USB thumb drives work and the audio port works when the Sound input/output settings are adjusted.Not sure what people are talking about regarding "provided" cord length in the Questions; there are no cords provided. Or why this review has a start option for camera quality. This is a hub only.

I does what It's advertising
Installed this on an MacBook Air M2 and it expands the 2 USC-C outlets to 4 different formats plus audio and it DOES NOT cover the power input. No HDMI, no Ethernet, but if you need that, I believe you have to spend up to 3 times the money, Your call!Their only reason for giving it 3 starts is that in spite of the fact that I ordered silver-GREY, I received silver. Didn't have the time to return.

This thing simply will not stay connected to power external devices. a waste of my energy and time.

Great Features...But Flimsy
It is a perfect fit for my 16 inch M1 MacBook Pro and it has the ports I needed; all of the ports work as advertised. However after plugging it in about three times, it has a lot of "play" in it. Even though it matches my computer perfectly, I'm afraid to use it because it feels like the USB-C prongs on the item may break off. I would only recommend this product if your computer lives on a desk and doesn't move; otherwise I feel there must be a better product out there.
