These are brilliant! You simply peel off the sticky label to activate. Take around 15 minutes to heat up properly, but once they have, the pad is pleasantly warm (enough to relieve mild to moderate period pain) and seems to stay hot for AGES, hours and hours. I wore a vest and stuck the pad to the vest, them concealed with a sweater, allowing pain relief for a 3 hour long car ride and the pad was JUST as hot by the end.I'm leaving this review because I've just purchased another pack!

I have been using these heat pads for years I normally get them from asda but great to know I can get them online. I suffer with my upper back and lower back and these are great and last hours there good for period pains to the delivery was good to will continue to buy from here and asda.

Heat pads arrived very late and I didn't think they would ever arrive but when they did I used one to experiment, not going to lie they are small but do last 12+ hours of heat..was amazed.

At first I wasn't to sure about this product because I get really bad pains when that time comes. But they are brilliant in 30mins the pain was gone! Brilliant product. A must have!!

Not that great. You only get what you pay for. Heat didn't last long at all. Better off using hot water bottle.

These heat pads barely heated up! my daughter was having awful stomachs so l thought ld buy them for her bad period pain, They are awful, they do not work at all. UTTER UTTER CRAP TO SAY THE LEAST! Not worth any stars. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
