BAD KEYBOARD, BAD RESPONSE TIME
The keyboards touchpad had a deadspot, and the spacebar didnt function, now UPS has an indefinite delay for the return and amazon is holding my money for up to 30 days! I'm pissed off. I needed that computer for work and now I have to wait up to 30 days for my refund.....Almost $1400.00 NOT HAPPY

it is not as the seller advertised
Item I have ordered and recived is partially not in working condition. It is GPS not working and there is no suppoert from seller on that aspect. it is horrible that amazon sale defected item

Has water damage (top right hand screen corner)
🚫Top right hand screen has a lighter triangle in the corner of about 2"x2" and wont go away - later i found out thats water damage...🚫Batteries: 45 mins runtime max, but NEW replacement batteries are worldwide NOT available!👎🏻

Computer lock to another customer name
Unit looks good but when I turned it on it was locked to someone else name requested a pin that I don’t have. Unit didn’t come with no instructions or pin. Not satisfied at all, there is no way they checked this computer like they say they do.
