Made with surprisingly rigid/durable plastic and designed well for what they are. Nice tight fit for 18650s, tapers on top to hold batteries in place w/o a cover.

Tight fit on the batteries
The batteries fit tight in the holder. The worse seem a little thin but they are only carrying 7.4 volts so they should be fine.

Good fit for 18650
Good fit for 18650... not tight, wires adequate for low current applications but soldered my own.

NOT 3.7V!
These are reading 8 volts on my multimeter. Fried 2 lilygo T beams before I decided to check the voltage. Now I’m out $50 and a bunch of time waiting on the boards to get here from overseas.

I buy these very often, since 18650 batteries last much longer and I can recharge them.
Great 186509 battery holder that a lid and SWITCH!!!I use them on my robots as power source and save money.AA batteries also do not provide constant current/voltage when they are in use, but 18650 is much more stable and last much much longer.Amazon also sells small inexpensive BUCK or BOOST boards that takes the 8.4V and make 5V or 12V or ....V you need. Just search here on Amazon for BUCK BOOST CONVERTER.
