Possible alternative to CPAP
I was initially interested to this book because of my apprehension to CPAP. Turns out the author, Mr. Mulligan, has apnea and has experienced the same sort of apprehension I have about the whole CPAP system. He has taken a methodical approach to alternative solutions that are certainly worth trying. In my opinion, the book is well worth reading and considering as an alternative. Even if CPAP is still needed I believe the options defined in the book will help make CPAP more effective

Lifesaver for those who can't use their CPAP machines!
This book contains valuable information about the causes and natural remedies for OSA. After snoring for years and years, my husband was recently diagnosed with OSA. He hated his CPAP and wouldn’t use it, so I began looking for a book with natural cures. In this book, I appreciate how the author combines personal experience with medical research to provide a plan for those who cannot tolerate a CPAP machine. Before my husband was diagnosed, I was unaware of how common and hazardous sleep apnea can be. I bought this book to explore natural ways to reduce or eliminate sleep apnea and I was happy to discover various exercises that can be done regularly. After reading the book, I recommended it to my husband and he has started implementing the lifestyle changes and exercises mentioned in it.I highly recommend this valuable book to sleep apnea sufferers, especially those who find it difficult to use a CPAP machine. Taking action to prevent the physical and mental harm caused by sleep apnea is crucial. The exercises in this book helped my husband reduce his snoring and not have to try to use his CPAP machine and I can sleep again due to his greatly reduced snoring!

The author walks you through various exercises step by step in an organized and thorough process. Much appreciated! This book is for people who are interested in investing in their health! As one that is interested in putting the time into my health, I thank you Tim for writing such a beneficial piece of literature!
