Palette Intensive Color Creme, 110 ml./3.7 fl.oz. (0-00 (E20) - Super Light Blonde)

I love Schwarzkopf Keratin Hair color products so much I buy them from European Countries since they discontinued the only real blonde color they have "Light Pearl Blonde" in America which I had used for years. I don't dare using Ash Blonde as in the past I always seem to get a Green tint in my hair with that color. The Super light Blonde are exactly that and yes your hair does gets a yellow tone to it, (but as with ALL Blonde hair colors you simply must use Purple Shampoo products to offset the "Brassy" tones you otherwise might be getting, also using Color protect Shampoo's might help as well.) BUT after using Purple Shampoo several times, my hair still look yellow and since it did not cover my gray at all, it actually made it stand out more, I HATE my hair right now, and can't wait to color with something else that hopefully will do better. This one have Blue color in the Developer which surprised me, as I have never seen that before. I had to contact the Company and request the instructions in English as it only had the instructions in foreign European Languages that (although European myself) I couldn't understand (mostly Eastern European/Russian?) . Palette also make a color called "Cool Pearl Blonde" but when you look at the sample showing here, it looks like a Platinum color NOT Pearl Blonde. I have tried to contact the seller and ask questions but no response whatsoever. You cannot buy Palette here in America, they don't sell them ANYWHERE, believe me, I tried to find!UPDATE: Colored my hair again, color was in my hair for 45 min. after I finished applying. Made sure to cover Gray hair early on, One thing I noticed immediately after I was all done and hair still wet, was that my Grey hair stood out even more than I ever saw before, so it does absolutely NOT cover any Gray hair at all. Disaster ! Bummer!
