Words of Radiance Part One: The Stormlight Archive Book Two

The Saga expands.
Brandon Sanderson continues to amaze us on his unique world in the first part of the second book in the series, giving a very colorful and vivid example of how the fantasy books must be written. An intertwined story that is unbraided in more woven driven plots. Every plot is fantastic and you can't say what you like the most. Simply you can't put it down.Sanderson managed to continue making the characters believable and gives them gradually more depth in their past. We learn a lot for the past of Shallan as we had learned in the previous, the Way of Kings, for Kaladin and now he reveals some aspects of the life of the Parshendi and the impact that the Rhythms have in their life and what each of it represents. This is when for one more time Sanderson shines.I hate Sadeas and his cruel intentions for a better Alethkar. Adolin continues to be a flamboyant boy with his clumsy and naive brother. Dalinar is a very calculating man and their visions continue to haunt him while Kaladin has grown in a responsible man but somehow overprotecting in his bridgemen. I like the way the Syl manipulate her form and her conversations between Kaladin. She is adorable. Even Rock and the other bridgemen are very interesting in their own way. And I laughed and was intrigued by the newfound acquisition of Shallan. So clever and... weird!!Overall? Excellent, brilliant, fascinating, outstanding. It's what you expect from Sanderson.
