A curvy girl's new best friend!
I've only just received my bandalettes and am yet to wear them in a 'real world' scenario (I'll update my review when I do), but so far I'm pretty pleased! They're made of a nice, soft and stretchy lace and for a 'nude' colour they're quite pretty - some nice little iridescent bits in the lace. It was a little nerve wracking unpacking them as the silicon on each side had stuck together and they were tough to pull apart, but nothing ripped so that's a good start! They fit comfortably, although I maybe could have gone a size down... I can slide a finger round the outer side quite easily, but I think if they were any tighter they'd make my thighs look a bit lumpy. A unexpected perk is that the bands kind of 'cinch' in your thighs under your bum and give you an instant bum lift :) I've had a walk around the house in them and they're comfy and I haven't had any rolling or movement yet - we'll see what happens when I wear them out in the wild! Candid side note: I was a little *ahem* unkempt in the bikini area when I tried these on and the silicon does pull a bit on any hair in the upper thigh area. Not painfully, but a bit of an odd sensation - something to bare in mind for ladies like me who are a bit lazy on their topiary duties!**UPDATE** The bandalettes had a baptism of fire walking around Italy in 25 degree heat and they held up amazingly! Really comfortable and no slippage - forgot I had them on! Definitely going to feel much more comfortable wearing dresses this summer :)

A waste of money and a false hope for a perennial problem.
I did quite a lot of research before settling on this product and the joke's on me really as it turns out they were useless.I've tried a few powders and creams, with little success- this seemed like a sensible alternative.I'm a size 12/14 so I bought a size B, which seemed to fit okay, though there is some slight rolling down at the top once you actually walk.Firstly, the lace fabric completely negates the point of this product. it's the same chafe burn, only now with added friction. Why not just use a solid fabric? Lycra?Secondly, the gummy, stay-up strips that keep the bandalettes in place give you an excellent heat rash which is just not solving the initial problem and adding more besides. At £20 they're not exactly cheap too.A waste of money and a false hope for a perennial problem.

Did the job for the most part, but lace can causes chafing sometimes!
The very first time I wore them I ended up with really horrific chafing all around my thigh from the lace at the edge, which kind of defeated the purpose. I ended up having to wear leggings in 35+ degree heat for the next 3 days of my holiday. I was really disappointed but considering how much I had to pay for these with shipping and everything (plus the fact I was melting in the heat) I decided to give them a second chance. I used a much more moisturising body lotion before wearing them which seemed to fix this problem. However, even now, I do find they start to slip down my thighs and I have to try to discreetly hoosh them up. They fit very closely to my thigh so I don't think the fit is the issue. Wearing them is preferable to the pain of chafing but it gets annoying if I have to constantly fidget with them all day. While the lace is definitely prettier than the plain bands, I think if I was to repurchase I would get the plain band. I think there would be less chance of chafing and it won't show through more fitted clothes as much.Overall, I'm glad I bought these but they are far from perfect.

These bandelettes are LITERALLY life changing. I have never written an Amazon review before but felt I had to let my fellow curvy girls know that these are absolutely worth every penny. The struggle was so real for me before in the heat with chub rub! After I received these, I wore them 3 days straight in hot weather and there was zero chafing. Zero. Chafing. Be sure to measure your thighs as they are true to size.

No more chub rub
I've had some of these before in black so I knew what the fit would be and that they would be great. Honestly preferably to slathering on product to stop chub rub- and feel glamorous. If you're between measurements go a size up rather than down as if they're too small they will roll up and not sit in place.

Thigh Savers!!!
These thigh bands are worth the investment. They have saved my thighs from the dreaded rub. I bought mine over a year ago and wish I'd bought them sooner. They stay up all day with no slipping even on the hottest days of the 2018 UK heatwave-and through hours of dancing at parties!!!Tip: do not moisturise your upper thighs if you're going to wear the bands.Mine do not produce a bulge either above or below the edges. I made sure to measure my thighs to make sure I bought the right size.I hand wash them and they dry quickly and the sticky strips inside have stayed in good condition. Over the year the lace has become a little bobbly but they still work perfectly.

Have always had trouble with my thighs chaffing, and have tried everything. I was hooked on cycling shorts before i found these. No more cycling shorts, Bandalettes all the way. Wore them for a whole day and had no problems with them slipping down and no sore thighs at the end of the day.

I don't like this product
I don't like this product, it's made for thin legs in my opinion...if I place it at the top of the high which is where my problem is, the band becomes trapped under my bottom...I don't recommend it if your problem are is like mine :(
