Living in Central Florida for some reason it is hard to find fresh scotch bonnet pepper in the grocery stores so this is a wonderful option. I use it whole or grind them and I love it.

Package arrived timely and in perfect condition, expertly dried.One issue only, for some reason, this peppers have no heat at all, the peppers that arrived look like the right ones, but they are completely sweet. Apparently a different variety was sent, but came with the right SCOTCH BONNET label.Most likely Aji Dulce was the one sent. A shame, since i've been looking for the specific flavor profile of the delicious Scotch Bonnet which is hard to find and expensive (and is the one i paid for, Aji Dulce is esay to find and VERY VERY cheap.Hope this is helpful, for the next customersUpdate. I went through all peppers and found that some were actually pretty good, so for some reason about 6 did not have the "heat", the rest were actually pretty good.

Tossed in my instant pot when I made rice and peas… the perfect solution! I cannot get fresh scotch bonnets here, and my Jamaican husband loves his rice and peas which do not taste the same without it.

One of my favorite spicy items I’ve had in awhile! It’s really versatile and lets you spice up a dish without drowning it in hot sauce. Easy to store because of the packaging. I’ve been eating spicy food a long time and I’d recommend this product to anyone.
