Brilliant book by a great writer

Good
It has some good stuff in it that definitely helped me. I t contains very basic information but all of it is very useful for getting started. I wish there was more help on the organising part of planning your SMM but that will probably require half my own efforts of research and the other half is reading more in depth books

Disappointing
I was hopeful this book would be useful as it covers all the main social media networks. Unfortunately I found its content shallow, with little actionable information.
