Adventure Time Monopoly Board Game

One of the nicest Monopoly re-skins that I've seen!I've used many Monopoly re-skins in the past, such as Hard Rock Cafe, Pokemon and the Simpsons boards.My sister is a huge fan of Adventure Time, as well as Monopoly, so I thought this would be a very good gift for her.Whether you like Adventure Time or not, it's still the classic Monopoly game at heart, so there should be no issue at getting in to this game.Whilst this version of the game is heavily based around Adventure Time, with areas on the board like the Candy Kingdom and the Hot Dog Kingdom, we still ended up using our own adaptations of anything that happened to have a hotel on it! Some examples are "Poverty Lane" "RIP-Your-Wallet Street" and one of my favourites; "Time-To-Get-A-Second-Job Avenue".Of course those nicknames can really be applied to any version of Monopoly, it was just all the more funnier seeing as my sister is a very big AT fan, and got annoyed at the nicknames!The detailing on the pieces are somewhat average, not a huge gamebreaker, as long as you know who it's supposed to be.I very much liked the product, and it seems like my sister did as well, other than the names. So I'd say this was a product well worth the buy.Pros:- Great for anyone who likes AT.- It's Monopoly, that deserves to be a Pro on it's own.-Cons- Will most likely destroy any form of relationship.- Custom nicknames will annoy my sister.Thanks for reading everyone!

Amazing for Adventure time fans! Detail is great - one of the best themed monopoly boards I have seen!Many family relationships have been ruined over this so - ... I think it's doing what it's meant to do!

We love Monopoly in our house and have a few of the different ones but this is by far our favourite. My daughter loves adventure time and she thinks this is great. You can be some of the main characters and this is great if you like the show. The money has Marceline on it which makes it quite fun and different to play with. The game its self is the standard monopoly game so all the rules are the same but it seems to be more engaging for kids as monopoly can drag on sometimes so this gives kids the feeling of being in the show.

My son and I haven't played a complete game yet but it looks great and he is very impressed with how close to fact the Adventure Time details are. I dislike Adventure Time as much as he likes it, but coupled with the Monopoly premise, what theme or premise could go wrong?!............none as far as my son and I are concerned as he has owned at least 12 different Monopoly Boards since he was old enough to understand the objective and play. The reason I have taken one star off is due to how difficult the typeface used is to read. I get that this was to make the cards more consistent with the Adventure Time theme but it did pose as an issue when endeavouring to read all of the cards and information required for each players' turn. Other than that, I cannot wait to play a proper game with my son.

Ordered this quite late and it arrived promptly so my niece got it in time for her birthday. It was a very good price so we were both pleased.

Great game for any adventure time fan !! Came in good time and was perfect condition !!

The box arrived with one side of it ripped.

The board is brilliant, as are the cards but the figures were slightly disappointing. Some of them were pretty hard to distinguish which character they were supposed to be. I think they could have been made better.That said though it's still a great game and a good way to bypass the junior editions to get younger children hooked on the game. Our 6 year old thinks it's the best game ever now dispite turning her nose at the original version.
