Not ordered as a travel pillow, but wonderful anyway. Soft but firm and great support for “crunchy” necks.

I bought this for a family member who struggles with arthritis and have had good feed back saying it holds her neck in a comfortable position.

Bought this neck pillow as was travelling around rugby World Cup and only wanted to take Hand luggage on budget airline. Planned to sleep at a couple off airports due to flight times and saving money. As a pillow to put your head on it’s great and very comfortable. But as a neck pillow in a plane seat. It’s too bulky at the back and feels to Constrictive at the front. Served the purpose I bought it for as it rolls up nicely in its bag and it’s not considered hand luggage if it’s around your neck when you walk on a plane.

Now that I've put it on the right way it's very comfortable and soft as well as supporting my neck i would buy again when needed

It’s firm to hold your head going sideways but not enough to hold the chin. Not the best but not bad either
