I bought this chair as an upgrade on one I returned to a different seller. This one was on offer and so was in my price range when I looked. It's a much better chair than the cheaper chair I had. This one has good cushioning, not too much and is the right shape to have a good posture (mine is terrible but I've had no back pain from this chair). Everything's great on it, apart from the little plastic screw covers (which are just for show) which I've had lightly hammer on as they kept falling off. To get a higher quality chair than this I'd have to pay at least double and it would be bulky and wouldn't look as good as this. Great product.

Item arrived intact and on time. It was quite easy to put together although it did take two of us because it's quite heavy. Screws and Allen key provided. The seat is fairly comfortable, good back support. Not bad for the price. I would have just preferred the seat to be a little deeper.

The Comfort would be alright but the worst thing about this chair that it's creaking very loud like 5 years old, tired chair. I need to sit still to avoid that noise and every little move any direction causes loud creak. I need to buy some grease and if that don't help, I'll be lookign after new chair

Such nice quality & the assemble was really quick and easy. There a nice recline on the chair and it really seems the chair is sturdy.However I do have a slight issue that the screw covers on the armrests keep falling out.

Was easy to assemble and came with all the bits including the tool to put it together. Once assembled was very comfortable and has good support.

Hello,We have received the chair but the base and wheels haven't come, are they coming in a separate parcel?

Lovely colour and comfortable, doesn't hurt your back considering this product is inexpensive
