Seachem Flourite Black Sand, 7 kg / 15.4 lbs

Plants seem to like it - looks really nice for a natural look. Not a stark black - but thats why I like it - more of a charcoal grey. Spent a hour rinsing one bag - but payed off, settles really quickly.

Excellent product, at a very reasonable price. I was using Anazonia for years which is twice as expensive. Both give amazing results with correct lighting and C02

Plants love it and are doing really well, even in the tank without co2. The contrast from the black colour looks really good too!

It's more of a very dark grey colour once wet but is still very high quality. I bought cheaper ones and the difference is very noticeable. Texture, appearance, colour, overall quality beats most others

I love this sand. The black sand is just great, it can grow different types of plants and its safe for bottom dwellers

No amount of washing helps.The resulting fish tank looks like a garden downwind from a early 20th century cement factory (before they mandated scrubbers).

Product arrived damaged and leaking. Sand on the floor. Seller offered a partial refund or to have the product returned for a refund. I needed the product as I was going on holiday the following day so was trying to get set up before leaving so settled for a low partial refund. It’s a shame as the product itself seems pretty good but the leaking packaging left a lot to be desired. Tough to clean but once in the tank it looks good and seems effective.
