This metal scoop seems to be chrome plated. It's nice and shiny and is sturdy. It doesn't flex. We use it for putting out bird seed. I haven't used it for ice cream, but it would be good for scooping it out because it is quite strong.There are cheaper scoops around, but I'm not sure they would be a strong as this one.

This scoop is made of high quality stainless steel and looks great and works great. Recommended !

Great wee scoop, well made, and great price

It's a stainless steel scoop so I expected it to not have 'grip' as such, but somehow it is incredibly slippery to a point where it is difficult to scoop with. Maybe it has to do with the shape being quite straight and shallow. I use it for cat food so it might work better for scooping other items. But other than that it's good, easy to clean in dishwasher and good quality.

I use this little scoop as a spice scoop and it does the job nicely, cleans well and is good value.

I bought this scoop to use to distribute bird feed and it's handy for other stuff also, not too big! Well made and looks if not better than the picture.

Use it to fill my bird feeders. Makes the job quick and simple with no mess.
