GarnierNutrisse 2.6 Dark Cherry Red Permanent Hair Dye 1 Kit

Prepare for your bathroom to look like a murder scene. Stains skin and scalp. Takes a lot of rinsing it was still bleeding after 20 mins in the shower. I'll not be going out if it's raining. I used two boxes on shoulder length hair. My hair had really old colour on it in places also 80% virgin hair. My hair feels in good condition. All Garnier products suit my hair.

Have to be careful with timings as it does go too dark if left too long. I also noticed it does make my hair feel drier if left too long so I slightly reduce the time for myself because I don't like this factor. When touching up I'm going to try leaving it on roots for 10 minutes and on the ends 10 minutes after that so a total of 20 minutes.Does make it feel soft on ends with ten minutes but noticed my roots felt dry when left for 15 minutes. Fades to a lighter red shade so usually redo it when I notice roots. Lasts ok same with any colour does fade but still looks ok.Easy to apply, sometimes worry I haven't washed it out properly as hair at roots feels tacky still could be an issue with timing.Not sure if I'm damaging my hair more with this, I've stopped using so much heat to counteract any damage time will tell. Not as good as salon but of course it won't be.

Absolutely beautiful colour will be re ordering again

I used dark cherry red and my hair was mid to light brown. The colour came out almost black. After four or five washes it's settled to a rich brown with red running through it.May have to use a lighter shade next time.The dye itself is simple to use and the conditioner easy to wash out, which is more than can be said for Olia. Their conditioner is sticky and horrible to use.Would probably use Nutrisse again but need to find a lighter colour.

In some lights my hair looks almost black in other lights it shines red and on fire used this colour several times. Colour last well.

I was tired of my blonde hair and picked 2.6 Dark Cherry Red from this collection for a big change. I love the colour, its a lot lighter than the box but its a lovely vibrant red that looks and feels good. Very easy to use, I had my mother do my hair for me since its easier for someone else to colour your hair unless you want leopard spots. Much cheaper than the saloon and I wasn't sat waiting for hours. A lot of colour come out in washes weeks after and I had to use dark towels to avoid the stains from the red but the colour really has lasted 4 months later writing this, I'm just trying to pick the next colour I want to go now. I do actually miss my blonde but this was fun to try

Colour come out nice but the colour bleeding just doesn’t stop! I now have grey roots but no matter how much u wash my hair the water runs pink. Never done this before

I am normally pillar box red and fancied something darker still keeping the red. I picked the dark cherry and I was not disappointed. Just to give it a vibrant boost I used live deep red (with the lifting agent) and it was just what I was wanting.The smell could do with improving as strong but thankfully doesn't last.I have very thick hair just below shoulders and two boxes worked fine, but if you have longer hair you may need 3 or 4.The gloves are okay, not the best as split staining hands. Always worth getting a box of rubber gloves if you can.I will definitely buy again.
