I'm currently 2 months postpartum and I've tried a lot of different products (these pills, foods, snacks, drinks) to help increase my milk supply. These are by far the best!! Without these pills or if i forget to take them throughout the day (which has happened a few times), I see a decline in my supply. Now that I have kept up with taking these, my supply is back up and constant. In a 30 min session, without them, i get approx. 6oz. With them, I double. Let's just say, I live by these now. They're also easy to swallow and don't have a bad aftertaste.

I bought this on a whim to try to help with a residual clogged duct. I started off taking 1 pill twice a day and just 3 pills and already my one breast that had a clogged duct is significantly less painful. I am also now producing milk at the level I was prior to the clogged duct. Not sure if I will take it everyday or just use it to boost supply/help with clogged ducts. Definitely worth a try for the price!Update: I have been back at work for over a month now and this I think is one of a couple things that has kept my milk supply from dropping significantly since starting back at work. I highly recommend giving this a try to anyone struggling or who are worried about milk supply dropping due to stress!

As the title states, it increased my milk supply but it gave me reflux. It took many days to figure it out but after stopping it for a week, the reflux and feeling of something in my throat feeling went away. It was definitely these supplements. I started again with lowering the amount I was taking daily and AGAIN I got the reflux/something in throat feeling.

I am a first time breast feeding mom. I was living bottle to bottle. I could tell a significant difference in my supply the very next day after taking this supplement. I love it! I think it is expensive for the quantity you receive and the amount of times it’s suggested to take per day. You could get the main working ingredient in this supplement cheaper through other brands, which I have done since. But it really does work!

I can swallow 10 pills at a time, I’m not even kidding, but somehow these pills get stuck in my throat every single time. I read other reviews and they say the same thing. It’s super uncomfortable and alarming so absolutely will not be buying ever again. Also, they don’t work.

I never do reviews but these have helped my supply triple. I have tried 2x prior to breastfeed/ pump only for my supply to dry up quick. I am now 20 days postpartum and have an over supply of milk. I am strictly pumping due to baby being in NICU. I started taking they 2 pills 3x a day and now I'm doing 2 pills 1-2 x a day. So far no clogged ducts, milk is creamy, and my supply just keeps increasing daily. I'm so amazed and thankful to be able to provide for my baby.

I believe these supplements actually do make a difference in my supply. It’s hard to tell, because I feel like supply can vary throughout the day and even day to day, but I notice that the days I remember to take the full dose of these (sometimes I forget or only take one or a few a day) that my supply is better than when I don’t.

I got this product to try, I didn't have high hopes after reading through reviews. They didn't lie, I did not notice an increase in production of breastmilk. My flow did Stay smooth though. If your looking for something to increase milk productions look up barley water by Alton brown on food network; after 3 days of one 4oz glass my production went up!
