I was pleased to see when my two new filing cabinets arrived that they were sturdy and well built, and completely assembled apart from four little feet and the handles. The holes are predrilled for you and they only take a few minutes. I did panic when I realised that my existing A4 folders inside my new A4 suspension files were actually 2cm too wide to fit the drawer. I phoned the company to arrange a return and they politely explained that the metal bar supplied with the filing drawer allows you to simply hang everything sideways. Then you can have any size of folder you like. it is also more convenient for an under desk filing cabinet and the tags are facing towards you. A neat and simple solution and a great little filing cabinet!

Arrived within 24 hours of ordering.Came fully assembled.Drawer handles in bag in draw.Rock solid bit of kit.Totally delighted with this purchase.

Arrived quickly and well packed. Good solid furniture, just a couple of little niggles makes it a 4* rating. One of the handles wouldn’t screw right in but a washer sorted that and one drawer is slightly off centre but not enough to do anything about. Otherwise great furniture.

This product is not good quality.I purchased three units, two were just about OK and the third was demolished, even though there was only one small mark on the box.The main reason is the packaging, why would you not use 5 ply packaging for such a heavy and weak product. The drawers on the third unit were unlocked and I can only assume that. by them coming open it has caused all the damage. The drawers were all smashed and the side casing was also damaged with two large pieces of chip board hanging off.No problem with Amazon yet because they arranged to send another FOC and collect the damaged unit, however the fourth unit is also damaged. This time the drawers were locked, but some runner screws were missing from the bottom drawer which has led to the drawer being damaged which a huge dent and chip to the wood missing, also unrelated is a chip and wood missing from the top of the unit.These are chip board and not great quality at all, certainly not £140 worth anyway.Not happy as wasted two days waiting for deliveries and I am still in the same position. I also have to waste at least another day waiting for My Hermes to collect the damages. The chances of them turning up on the right day are very slim but that is another story.

This Filing Cabinet was perfect for what I wanted. It arrived a day before it was due and the courier was polite and helpful. It arrived in perfect condition and it was easy to put the handles and feet on i.e. the instructions were understandable. Fits great in the space I wanted it to. Thank you.

The unit looks great and feels very sturdy.And it came a day earlier than predicted.But it came with a few problems.Firstly I noticed the middle drawer was sticking out and as I had read previous reviews regarding an unsecured drawer being loose and no longer fitting properly I was concerned with what was before me.So i took pics and recording of the drawer whilst it was all still fully wrapped.As others have mentioned previously about the loose drawer being damaged why haven't the packers dealt with this issue?The middle drawer neither fits all the way back/flush inline with the other two drawers nor does it sit square in place.A flimsy and small amount of masking tape on both edges obviously isn't effective, put a banding strap around the front of the drawers and eliminate this ridiculous issue once and for all.Then I noticed that the anti tilt part was damaged whilst still in its bag.The plastic prong that plugs into the pre drilled hole was not attached nor was it loose iside the bag.Luckily the two small screws are enough to hold it firmly.And then the handles had niggling issues.None of the three handles screwed in for a tight grip.Each handle was loose to some degree, one is almost right, one is annoyingly loose and the other one is very loose and has a rattle effect when touching it (like a really wobbly loose tooth moments before it is ready to be pulled out by hand).These things are not very good at all but they weren't bad enough to make me return it (as it was needed in 24 hours time so I couldn't return it as I would have been left with nothing).But they are bad enough to make me never to want to purchase anymore of their furniture.My issues have been mentioned by others previously, so they should be picked up on and sorted.On a plus the keys were attached by an elastic band to the outside of the top drawer and this had quashed previous issues of the keys being taped in awkward to find and get to places.If it came without damage it would be perfect.

I have a small office desk setup and was looking for storage that matched the desk. I chose this office cabinet as it met the criteria. This cabinet arrived two days after ordering. It came mostly assembled except for the handles, the feet and stabiliser for the bottom drawer. Assembly instructions are pictorial but clear and easy to follow. You will need a Phillips screwdriver to screw on the handles. Overall it took me around 10 to 15 minutes to unpack and assemble.The drawers open smoothly and there is ample space.It is a perfectly functional cabinet and provides the added bonus desk space (see pics).Very happy with the purchase.

Comes fully assembled. Sturdy and very well made. Lots of good space with excellent drawer opening and shutting. It's expensive but it looks and feels like it will last a long tie.
