The wife (before she was the wife) picked this out and I thought it was a great idea so went ahead and purchased it.The frame itself is exactly as described but I was initially disappointed with the plaque as it wasn't laid out how I had put it in my order (well, email following the order as I forgot when I placed the order!)Spirit of Sport, to give them their due, did provide another plaque but I the original response seemed a bit 'snarky' to me. Supposedly I was the first to complain about it being done the way it was done. That may be so, but at the end of the day I know how I want it to look so there was no need to mention that in my view. Anyhoo, this perceived snarkyness is why I haven't given it 5 stars.Like I mentioned earlier, the frame is top notch and the company were accommodating with the plaque change - even down to giving me some additional tape to fix the new plaque.It now takes pride of place in our hallway as a lovely reminder of our big day.

Ordered this as an alternative to a wedding guest book and so glad I did! It was delivered promptly and well wrapped. The product itself is of superb quality, beautifully personalised, looks amazing and is a perfect size for all our guests to write on. We have had so many compliments on it and I can't recommend it highly enough!!

Ordered the black mount with silver frame as we wanted to be able to see our guests comments rather than having them in a book which would be put away. The company are a pleasure to deal with and the product is simply gorgeous!!! The frame arrived well packaged and the quality of the product is super. I am so excited to see the finished look when it is covered in memories from our big day.

I Bought this instead of a wedding guest book as I wanted something different and I am really happy I did. The frame is brilliant, the personalised part was exactly what I had asked for and looks great. The parcel was packed securely so there were no damages. Could not fault this item at all!

We got this for our wedding in September. It looks good. We did also buy extra silver pens just incase they get miss placed or run out.
