Works really well

I only gave 4 stars because I haven't tried it yet, although I know this product has been around for a long time, and I'm going on the assumption that if it was no good, it wouldn't have been around so long. Before I ordered it, I ordered a similar product which I am still using at the moment, and if it proves to be unsuitable, I will start using the 'Carnation' one.

I was hoping that this product would have helped, but not really what I needed. Customer service was fine, I just ordered the wrong product for me.

I used to suffer with ingrown toenails - Painful.Have been using this for years now (mostly every other day) and seems to prevent the problem.

This product is rubbish it hasn’t made the slightest bit of difference. Wouldn’t recommend it whatsoever

My thickening toe nails were becoming difficult to trim. Saw this and thought it was worth a try. It has an unusual flat spatula like applicator instead of a brush. This seems odd at first but you soon get used to it. I expected the liquid to be like nail polish but it is more like water. This makes no difference to the effect it has on the nails. I followed the advise on the product and my nails were soft and ready to trim in 3 days. I accidentally got some on the skin around the nails but it is safe and didn't cause any reaction. I will be ordering this again when I run out as I'm very pleased with the results.

I have been using this for more than 2 weeks and quite honestly it has not made an iota of difference! I may as well have put water on my nails.The small bottle was only 1/2 full of a colourless liquid which smells of nothing. There was no 'factory' seal around the bottle which I found odd for this product.I cannot recommend it.Scholl used to do a very effective nail softener which sadly seems unavailable now.

This works so quickly and stops the pain of ingrown nails. just moments after you use it. I really recommend this as it softens the nail and allows you to try to resolve the problem yourself at home.Obviously if you need a professional to cut your nails then just use this for pain relief.
