Shiny, smooth, minty
I bought this in Caramel and it's the perfect shade, not too dark, and has a shimmery translucence, as expected. It's the same quality and hydration I would expect from burts bees products and stays well for a lip balm.I was disappointed that the main description didn't mention the mint though. I put it on and was instantly attacked by the unpleasant sensation of being hit in the mouth by a chilli-flavoured ice cube. Nonetheless, as it hydrates well and looks nice I am putting up with it.Tube is also rather smaller than the usual lip balms so I won't be buying this particular one at £8.99 again.Overall, great product, but will be looking for it cheaper elsewhere or sticking to the larger, plain balms.

Nice lip gloss, badly packaged
Product is great, a lovely lip gloss. Sadly it arrived with a massive label plastered directly to the product which left a mess so it now looks really ugly.

i love how hydrating this makes my lips feel!! and love the soft pink shimmery tint it leaves behind! this stays on for quite a long time as well!

Poor quality
As you can see from the photo. Sticky label bunched up over the twist end. Twist end doesn’t work either. Tried to return but told amazon do NOT offer full refunds on items, even if they don’t work
